Here's how the service process works:
Please read the Service Terms and Conditions prior to requesting service:
Payment Service payment is due at the time of service. No exceptions. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, and all major credit cards. Credit cards can be used on all services under $1,000.00. Any services over $1,000.00 must be cash or check. Customers must be present at time of service for payment. Customers who are not present for scheduled service, payment arrangement must be made in advance.
Deposits are required on some service work. Deposits are typically required for services over $300. Deposits are not refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer.
Renting All customers who are renting units must have the owner contact Softer Lite Window Company for approval prior to scheduling the service appointment. If you are renting a unit, please note we must have payment or a credit card number from the owner prior to service work being scheduled.
Inspection Fee Softer Lite Window Company reserves the right to charge a fee for service inspections. Rates will depend on type of service and time required for inspection.
Work Orders Work Orders are valid for thirty (30) days. Any Work Order older than thirty (30) days is subject to change in price.
Cancelled Appointments Appointments that are scheduled and customer fails to show up or cancel are subject to a $50 service fee.
Weather Softer Lite Window Company reserves the right to cancel service appointments on short notices due to weather conditions.
Cleaning Softer Lite Window Company does not do any cleaning on windows, doors, screens, or glass.
