Service Terms and Conditions

Softer Lite Window Company services only TRACO products installed by Softer Lite Window Company, or one of our authorized subcontractors.  These TRACO products include windows, sliding glass doors and terrace swing doors.

Service payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.  Payment by credit card must be accomplished by phone prior to the performance of the service work.  You may call 773.774.6400 to make payment by credit card. 

Please provide a facsimile number, or email address so that we can send a confirming Work Order (WO).  The WO will reflect your quoted price in writing.  WOs sent by email will be in a PDF format.  Once received by you, the WO must be reviewed, completed and accepted, then returned to Softer Lite Window Company.  Once your completed WO is received, we will order any necessary parts and materials to complete the service.  A Softer Lite Window Company representative will then call you at the number provided to arrange for a date to perform the service.

 Once issued, a WO is valid for thirty (30) days.  Any WO older than thirty (30) days is subject to a change in price.
